Baby Update
It's been a pretty crazy week and a half. Went in last Thursday for a quick routine prenatal appointment and found out that the baby is measuring about four weeks behind what he should be. So I have spent every day this past week up at different doctor appointments. I've met with a perinatalogist and they did a very thorough hour long ultrasound and found out that apparently my placenta is conking out early so the baby is now only in the 19th percentile. They're telling me that if he drops below the tenth percentile then he needs to come out. So now it's just a balancing act trying to determine wether he's better off staying in me for another week or so or wether he's better off in the NICU. I had the steroid shots on Weds. and Thurs. to help his lungs develop quicker, and I'm going in every couple of days for Non Stress Tests to monitor his heart rate and movements. I'm supposed to be taking it easy (the nurses are telling me that means bedrest) and paying real close attention to his movements. The tricky part of that though is my placenta is right in front so I've had a hard time feeling him move this whole pregnancy because it's like the placenta is a pillow muffleing all his movements. I have such wonderful family, friends, neighbors, and ward members. I have had so many people bringing us food, cleaning my house, taking care of my kids . . . I just can't even believe the amount of love and support that has been pouring in. Such an overwelming and humbling experience. I've had two priesthood blessings and I know that there are so many people praying for this baby, the doctors are doing all they can so I just have to have faith that everything will work out the way it should.

Happy Mother's Day!!!
I've been reflecting on the blessings of being a mother and I feel so very blessed to be called Mom. My boys really are such a joy to be around. I'm so grateful for the time I get to spend with them. It's so fun to see the bond that the boys have with eachother. The other day Dalton was at school and Gunnar could not wait until it was time for Dalton to get home. As soon as Dalton walked in the door Gunnar grabbed him in a huge bear hug and told him how much he missed him and loves him! SO CUTE! They both are such sweet boys and are so loving and affectionate with me. They both tell me several times a day how much they love me and they both freely give me lots of hugs and kisses! I love it when they curl up beside me on the couch and tell me "mom, you're my best buddy!"
I've had a wonderful Mother's Day. Jake woke up and helped the boys make me mother's day cards. He also made me pancakes for breakfast. We went to church and the boys made me more mother's day cards at church and then Jake made us a fabulous dinner. We then went and visited our moms and spent some time with them. I'm so grateful for both mine and Jake's mom. I'm also grateful for our grandma's who have also had such a wonderful motherly infuence on our family. Thanks for all you do! And to all you moms: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Update
I haven't posted in forever! We've been super busy with finishing our master bedroom, soccer, t-ball, working on the yard and garden, and just life!
Jake's baby sister, Jenny, left on her mission last Weds. She'll be serving in the Carlsbad, California mission. Sure gonna miss that girl! She'll be an awesome missionary! She's always so sweet and thoughtful.
My little sister Natalie and her husband Clayton had their baby girl on April 20th. Kynlee Dawn Green is beautiful! She has tons of dark hair and cute chubby little cheeks!
This pregnancy is flying by! I can't believe that I could have as little as seven weeks left! Dalton and Gunnar both came at 38 weeks. I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions for the past few months, which makes me a little nervous since I didn't have them with the other two until about a week before I had them. My doctor assures me that everything's ok so I just have to trust that this baby won't come too early. I just need to remind myself that I am pregnant and to not let myself over do it. Which is a lot easier said then done.....
